Before we went to the Amazing Pizza Machine Owen opened a few presents at home.
He got a pretty sweet kitchen set from Grandma and Grandpa.

Helping Daddy Blow Up Balloons

Carson helped Daddy blow up all 72 of Owen's balloons for his birthday.
Needless to say, not all 72 made it through the blowing up process.
Carson's favorite part was seeing what it was like being a balloon.

Sledding for Owen's Birthday

Owen has been talking about going sledding on his birthday since October.
Luckily, we had the snow and the perfect sledding day on Saturday.
Carson fell asleep on the 3 minute drive to the sledding hill.

Owen really enjoys the Magic Tree House series. We read the books to him during nap or bedtime.
He absolutely loved the first book, "Dinosaurs Before Dark".
I asked him if he wanted to pick out one of the chapters to read for me and this is the one he chose.
